Two Labour wins in council by-elections

Labour has won two council by-elections in the region.

In Cambridge on the 25th of June, Zoe Moghadas took Romsey county council ward from the Liberal Democrats with 37.3% of the vote.

In Norwich on the 16th of July, Christine Rumsby held Mile Cross county council ward for Labour, well ahead of her nearest challenger.
