Labour East Regional Youth Conference

This year’s annual Labour East Regional Conference will include the region’s first ever Youth Conference for Party members aged 26 and below.

The Youth Conference will include a packed programme with opportunities to debate, develop new skills and meet other young members- it would be great to have you along!

It will take place on Friday 18 November, 1.30pm-5pm at The Park Inn Conference Centre, Church Road, Southend-on-Sea, SS1 2AL.

During the event, we’ll hear from a Shadow Cabinet Minister and key regional politicians. You’ll be able to share and discuss future policy ideas that affect young people. And you can take part in young activist training so you can help Labour engage with young people in your area.

The youth rate (the first time ever there has been a youth rate) for the Labour East Regional Conference is just £40. This includes:

  • Entrance to the Youth Conference on Friday 18 November
  • Entrance to a welcome drinks reception and fundraising event on the Friday evening
  • Access to all sessions of the Labour East Regional Conference on Saturday 19 November and Sunday 20 November, where we expect to be joined by Jeremy Corbyn, other Shadow Cabinet Ministers and key regional politicians for a weekend of debate and discussion about Labour's priorities in the East
  • Access to fringe meetings and workshops taking place throughout the weekend

There are some places left for this event on the Friday and we'd like to offer them to young members for free - please RSVP to this event page if you'd like to register for just the Friday.
